Deb Wilmot

A wellness coach since 2007, Deb loves to learn anything she can about health and psychology and then find ways to apply the information to help clients, loved ones, and herself. She feels most purposeful when connecting 1:1 or in small groups with others.

Deb is a National-Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and was one of the coaches who was there at the launch of CatalystCoaching360 in 2007. She holds a BS degree and is a licensed physical therapist assistant.  She was drawn to the world of wellness coaching because of a fascination with the role that motivation plays in human behavior, especially health-related behaviors.  She currently enjoys her role as a coach and as a mentor coach, as well as facilitating a monthly Coach Consultation Hour for her teammates.

Deb literally grew up in the gym, with a physical education teacher and multi-sport coach as a dad. As a result, her love for healthy living came naturally as a child and has continued into adulthood, with her current hobbies including hiking, yoga, and even salsa dancing! She has enjoyed being active with her 3 children over the years in the lovely foothills of Colorado.

Having been through some interesting twists and turns in her life, including raising a son with Down Syndrome and the sudden loss of her husband, Deb has tried to adopt the mantra “Never let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do” (Myles Munroe). She strives to hold this philosophy up as an encouragement to those who are struggling with their own challenges. She considers it an enormous privilege to be allowed to journey alongside her clients.
